Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail . We aim to pack orders at our workshop and dispatch them the next working day whenever possible (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 days within the UK mainland. Please note that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom and cannot ship to Northern Ireland due to cosmetic regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted soaps and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened. This does not affect your statutory rights: if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. As our products are hygiene items, the 14-day cooling-off period for online orders does not apply once an order has been dispatched; however, you may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
